Conditions for returning goods purchased remotely

When purchasing an item under a distance contract or an off-site contract, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and/or off-site contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. In such a case, the customer is obliged to return the item to "ISARI" at their own expense (transportation of the item, dismantling, etc.), if the value of the item exceeds 30 GEL.

This rule does not apply to legal entities/entrepreneurial entities.

In particular, business entities/legal entities do not have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days.

Exceptions related to withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason

  • The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if:

a) "ISARI" provided the services stipulated in the contract in full, it began providing the services with the prior consent of the customer, and the customer knew that if the services were fully received, he would lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

b) The contract stipulates that the price of the goods or services supplied depends on changes in the financial market, which "ISARI.store" cannot control and which occurred within the period established by this law for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract;

c) the goods or services supplied are made to the individual order of the consumer or are clearly tailored to his personal needs;

d) the delivered goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;

e) he/she was delivered hermetically sealed goods, the hermeticity of which was broken after delivery and, therefore, the goods cannot be returned due to health or hygiene standards;

f) the delivered goods, due to their characteristics, were inseparably combined with other goods at the time of delivery;

g) a sealed audio or video recording or software was delivered and its seal was broken after delivery;

h) the digital content was delivered to him on a non-volatile medium, the performance of the contract began with the consumer's prior consent and the consumer was aware that he would thereby lose his right to withdraw from the contract;

For individuals, the item can be returned under the following conditions:

  • In case of a return, the customer must select the relevant order from their account on the ISARI online platform, on the orders page, and make a return request, filling out the relevant online form that will be automatically generated by the ISARI.store platform.

ISARI has the full right to request that the following information be completed in full:

Name, physical address, and email address provided by the merchant;

  • Order date;
  • Date of receipt of order;
  • Username;
  • User address;
  • User's signature (if the form is filled out on paper);
  • Date of filling out the form;

  1. The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer in full, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the merchant has the right to refuse to refund the money until the goods are returned.
  3. The flawless, pre-sale condition of the item will be confirmed by the return point at the moment the item is handed over to the company.
  4. Transportation of the item to the point of return must be at the expense of the consumer, namely the consumer will reimburse the direct (immediate) costs associated with returning the item.
  5. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, and the refund will be made to the account number of the same person/citizen who made the payment, unless an additional agreement has been reached between the consumer and the seller.
  6. If the item is found to have any initial defects, the consumer must only benefit from the warranty terms.
  7. Upon return, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the amount paid for the item.
  8. The item can only be returned with the full set (accessories, headphones, charger, cables...), and in undamaged, unopened factory packaging.

The customer must also return any accessories, e-vouchers, and/or other items received as part of the current promotion at the time of purchase that must be returned or exchanged along with the original/returnable device. Failure to return the aforementioned items/vouchers will be considered an incomplete product return and the company has the right not to return the item and refuse to refund the product and/or money.

  1. The terms of return do not apply to items or services whose price does not exceed 30 GEL.
  2. The customer, after the company confirms the return form, must deliver the returned equipment to the return point predetermined by the company, at an address convenient to him or closest to him.

Not subject to return:

  • Item made to order by the customer;
  • Opened hygiene items;
  • A sealed audio or video recording or software and its seal was broken after delivery;
  • "The trader provided the services stipulated in the contract in full, he began providing the services with the consumer's prior consent, and the consumer knew that if he received the services in full, he would lose his right to withdraw from the contract.";

For the attention of the user:

  • Carefully inspect the items upon delivery and confirm by signing the delivery receipt provided by the courier that: You received a product that has been inspected and is free of visible defects;

(The acceptance and delivery act may not be a physical document and may contain a virtual document, or in particular, its signature may be recorded directly in the program or directly on the contact number by receiving an SMS code, followed by confirmation in the program via courier)

In any case, any confirmation action upon delivery of the product is considered a full-fledged document of acceptance.

  • No refund will be given if the customer's item has any physical/external damage, the original box/packaging is damaged, or the product identification/IMEI code has been removed;
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach the seller's warehouse, at which point you are at risk of damage or loss. Any damage incurred during the return/shipping process to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please ensure that you transport the goods safely to avoid any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product and therefore our ability to refund the product. Please keep receipts, shipping documents and tracking numbers as proof of sending the item to the seller;
